I'm not saying they don't do that, but there is a difference between terrorism and military, capturing and holding terrorists / suspected terrorists is better than letting thousands die. Capturing troops from a country you aren't at war with to provoke them is different. If you lost your mother father/ whatever in a terrorists attack I asure you that you would want to know why and what could've been done..

Perhaps you should read "The Art of War". Black Ops are one of Your best weapons, if not thee most important weapon in War.
