the other thing is to try and think about nothing. its pretty hard. you are laying there and things keep popping in your head, like quit thinking try not to think or quit thinking listen to me breath. about a minute of this and you are thinking about nothing and by then i am asleep.
both are crazy but both work for me. in minutes im out.
