My favourite scene from one of my favourite movies. Principal antagonist Brick Top has just learned the whereabouts of the idiotic pair who robbed his bookie's. This scene begins as he enters their office while they are trying to figure out how to dispose of a dead body that they have unwittingly become burdened with.
Brick Top invites himself in, sits down, and calmly explains that they have met their doom.
A cinema classic.

He implied earlier that you have to shave the victim's head and pull his teeth out in order to not hurt the pig's digestive system... but for all the damage that hair and teeth WILL do the pig's digestive system, you might as well do it after the pig poops the victim out later.
tldr; pigs have very strong digestive systems and can eat anything.

All Brick Top is saying is that by removing both before, he wouldn't have to sift through pig shit afterwards to retrieve them, which would be a pain in the ass.

That would make sense, and others have said the same thing. But what does Bricktop actually say to indicate that this is what he has in mind? He says that the teeth and hair must be removed "for the sake of the piggies' digestion"; where are you getting this bit about DNA or dental records? That's why I'm confused.

Bricktop doesn't have to clearly indicate what he has in mind for people to get what he means. His words can't be followed too literally. It's quite clear, in my opinion.
Removing the teeth and hair is compulsory when disposing of a body, mainly to prevent identification of the victims. It would be more convenient to remove it beforehand than to let the pigs eat it and poop it out, risking harm to their digestive system and creating a messy situation for retrieval.
