Love this track! Energetic as hell :) Bit slower and more melodic than im used to as a destroyer fan, check out prowler in the yard and terrifyer for their best work. Tracks like trojan whore and the gentleman.. priceless.

Scott uses BC riches in most videos, but earlier live he uses a custom Jackson 7 string. What he does is he boosts the signal from the guitar to the amp and then runs a lot of low end to compensate for the lack of a bassist. Basically the easiest way is to get a 7 string with active or high output pickups, tune it to Drop A (or just B) and plug it into a high distortion amp.

This is grindcore buddy plain and simple. Scott Hull was in Agoraphobic Nosebleed and Anal Cunt, some very grindcore shit, and your gonna say Pig Destroyer isn't grindcore??? Its Definitely grind influenced by thrash and sludge metal. Sub genres are very useful, they can be used to describe the sound of a band before someone has heard them, they aren't their to be different moron.

I guarantee you 65% of hard music videos on youtube are plagued w/comments about what genre the band is in.

personally, i do the genre/sub genre thing alot, but you're right. kids completely look past the fact that it's all music. they would much rather associate themselves with the grind kids than they would hardcore kids, because it's all about the image. if you're seen with these ppl, and dress like them, you get shock value. it's beyond music now days, and it's fucking dumb.
