ELECTRONIC VOLUMETRIC FILLER
This category of machines executes the filling process through flux transducers which produce an impulse weighed per volume, by means a process of speed integration of the fluid.
For each container fed, it is executed the filling with continuous overseeing and the final verification of the filled value.
In case that the container doesn't respect the programmed tolerance, it is rejected.
The machine is extremely flexible as regards the production volumes, the change of the container is very quick and can fill a wide range of containers

CHARACTERISTIC OF THE 'BORGO' FILLER:
Very limited number of parts in contact with the product = high reliability, smaller contamination and reduced CIP times.
Model with and without tank.
Descendent taps system to use with unsteady containers.
Aseptic model for ESL .
Construction completely in stainless steel.
High accuracy of the filling with standard deviation better than 0,30%.
Control system realized with standard PLC
Each tap has the own transducer
Electric part completely on board with electric panel in stainless steel integrated in the chassis of the machine.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
The control system of the filler is based on the use of PLC unit at high reliability and data processing network designed for the industrial use.
The operator interface is formed by an industrial PC with TOUCH SCREEN and equipped with OS WIN 2000/nt/professional, supervision program type SCADA and uninterruptible power supply UPS integrated in the system
On this unit are managed all data covering the recipes planning, adjustments, alarms, management of the historic and statistic data.
Anyway the PC has no active part in the control of the machine which is completely relied to the PLC.
The control part of the dosing is realized through standard PLC.
The control of the machine allows also the tele-assistance through modem, with WEB CAM for the supervision of the operations and guide of the engineers at the plant.
In the control system is also integrated upon request the management of the faulty rejected pieces and the quality control realized, if necessary, with artificial vision systems.
