Actually if you have slow internet, its time you upgrade to something faster or buff your computer so it processes faster. I agree people shouldn't download crap left and right but you have to keep in mind people who run a business from home, Or people like me who play online games. Online gamers beware, you have about 15 hours worth of game play before you reach your 250GB cap, and most Gamers can hit that in 1-2 days. Good bye WoW, LoTR and EQ.
