His guitar is out of tune and he plays more sour notes than correct notes. During the solo he is in the wrong key most of the time. He can't carry Santana's jock strap.

As a young guitar player I would try to fit as many overdriven notes into a bar as I could until my father showed me this beautiful song and opened my mind to the world of genius note placement and sustain. He passed away this month and this song serves as a reminder to me of how precious life is and how one person can change the world, even if it's only one persons world
