That's a pretty good translation (taken from international manga fansite, right?) One thing though, in this part: "stop dealing with these stupid things", he actually says something like "stop dealing with things that's actually worth it". Quite different, eh? :)
Just thought I should point that out since lines like this are one of the reasons why I like this band. It makes them sound self-reliant...
