I used to work for comcast as an Agent.. Yes comcast have many tech problems.. as any company, but for godshake there were some people that complained about everything.. they wanted all for free... credits... So arrogant.. No cooperative...Racists... at least 95% of the clients are like that congratulations for the ones that dont.

hahaha dude i paid my bill yesterday and like they didnt put on the computer (well, rather my record) that it was paid off so like they wanted me to pay again so i was like "fuck that shit lemme talk wit someone" and like yeah they restored it.. all in all i spent about maybe 2 - 3 hours on the phone waiting and settling things.. now im on.. but damn their internet service makes up for their lousy customer service. ;) gotta love comcast XD

I stopped comcast resetting packets reaching my pc by using NN squad. it works for xp and vista. I should say I have reduced the man in the middle intercepts by over 80% NNSQUAD catches those. speeds up my youtube viewing with no lag.

I had comcast come out and set up tv internet and phone. The guy was here for 3 fucking hours. The guy was put on hold for two and a half fucking hours. I fell asleep just watching him. He woke me and told me it was all finished. He said this was a common occurrence on weekends as the call center was always short staffed. If I had to do that damn job, I'm sure I'd probably nod off.

Comcast sucks. Was without internet for 3 weeks, wireless router fried after power outage during hurricane Ike. Then had 8 appointments, 2 missed appointments, one tech lied and said he came for appointment and installed something on my computer, when he never showed, finally replaced my broken router and now are billing me for $149.95 for installation of new wireless home networking. New?? I've had wireless home networking for 3 years. Idiots!!
