I'm a Brit and there's lotsa crap talked here about "great" British bands. Well none of 'em are in the same league as The Eagles. Coolest band of all time. So many of their tracks turn out to be "soundtrack to a lifetime" - with some I didn't realise this til years afterwards. Just completely awesome, unforgettable and a US national treasure.

Thank you!!!!! I've been a lifelong Eagels fan, myself (over 30 & under 40. LOL). I have always said that they're the best band ever. My daughter calls them boring, and that KORN's the best band. I tell her KORN's really good, butn ot that good, and a different genre, too. Comparison is difficult. Glad to know another fgan like me, though.

I'm also a fan of the Eagles tho they don't have as many fans of my generation as the deserve. It's such a shame because it truly is one of the best bands ever and they unlike many new bands today deserve their success in full
