I don't know either of these users so much of it is lost on me but the point about isolating vs attacking is a valid one. I was recently attacked and accused of breaking a number of laws. As these accusations were posted on YT I had little choice but to respond. It was probably my stickiest moment on YT so far. I wish YT would pay attention to this slander problem.

I'm relieved to know that you have the sense to steer clear of the drama. Its really adviseable for people to stay out of the emotional fricasse. The more people that stay out of it, the easier it will be to solve the problems.

It's disappointing that YT is encouraging a bitchfest. They should promptly remove any video specifically attacking another user by name. Leaving people to fend for themselves in the face of slander is irresponsible IMO. I didn't come to YT to grapple with these kinds of difficult moral issues. I came here to entertain people, and enjoy their original content. It would be awesome to get back to that.

BTW, youtube has no ability to determine ethics. They merely go by criminal justice and social morays/norms... Higher spiritual ethics is not their business. In other words,

YouTube drama differs from day to day drama in your local world, because it is felt by people all around the world. Not in the way that Brad Pitt Angelie Jolie drama does... but in a more down home, in your face kinda way.

something bothers me though, about his first statement about how he's "sure" Em has a b/f and HE is not too happy...ummmm b/f have no say over what I do on YT. I hear what you are saying (equal rights) but the conversation was a referrence to Emmalina's returning video(s). In which she stated that her boyfriend was not happy about how she was going on the internet dancing and all - those videos had led to interactions by other youtubers which were unwarranted. He does not want this type of thing to occur anymore, so the BF and GF have an agreement now. No "suggestive" videos.
