I don't think people understand that in order to know a dance routine you first need to see and practice it slowly, and in different parts.

Yes, you are right about practising and working slowly on routine. But, I won't say that this one is awesome or great. It's good for beginners. It looks more like basics, than a really serious choreography. But, no hating from me. It's just my opinion - this one isn't that much awesome.
