i think if you can combine them it is even better.There are bbs that are powerlifters too and vice-versa.Powerlifting and strongman are more challenging than bodybuilding that's for sure.

doesnt have muscles??? do you think bodybuilders are strong?? have you seen anyone of them on K1? the are slow-- they may have static power but in arm wrestling as well as in martial art you need speed..bodybuilders may be good at JUDO or SUMO tho

I was taking about Magnus.And you can see big guys like wrestlers,strongmen(which some times are a lot heavier than BBs),having speed,agility,flexibility,power,strength and fitness at very high levels.I can see your point about bbs.Many of them do not work those factors as their size grow.Their training tend to be too one sided.
