Truly a lovely class act, even for how silly Scopitones can get! :-) IMO, modern singers like Michael Buble-butt ought to seek out some great tunes like these instead of some of the more obvious standards done a gazillion times already by others!
I believe I read somewhere that Ethel Ennis sang the Star Spangled Banner at an innaugeral ceremony - Gerald Ford?
