I have Comcast and have had my problems with them too. I understand that the guy may have been upset but really! Maybe the guy has Narcolepsy or some other kind of sleep disorder. It's not the end of the world! Maybe he was sitting in the driveway for half an hour on hold with Comcast again, trying to fix the guys problem. I can't believe this guy called the news!!

Im a cable tech myself...out in nyc.. let me you all...snobby ass ppl. we also get put on hold for long time..trying to service ur stupid asses and this is what we get....there are many times they work us 10 to 12 hours a day....so yeah we be tired...this dude was a moron..lik-a-dik

i am literally on hold with comcrap right now. i have been waiting for 40 minutes. my cable modem has gone down four times in two weeks. i am on DSL right now but paying 70 bucks a month for my cable modem.

You are a whiner! If you hate it so much then cancel it. Comcast never makes you sign a contract unlike companies such as Direct TV, Dish, Qwest, etc etc. If you hate Comcast so much, then leave. The company will not have to deal with your crap any longer.

I work for Comcast too. I fucking hate people with routers! I get calls every single day where some asshole says "there's an outage in my area" I can see your goddamn modem signal, and guess what?! Everytime the modem is 100% online with a full signal. I tell this to the customer and they say "well, my router is fine, it says it has a full signal" me-"Hello dumbass!!!! if the router has a full signal, then it's the routers fault!!" I fucking hate routers so bad!!

I work for a cable company, me and another Tech ,at this lady house working on the computer, that was freezing before we got there,she call back, and said we push her Kids, and she got a New computer for free,even though we were witnesses for each other,she still won.The same type of trailer trash thats in this video.

i had roadrunner in southcarolina and it was fast it was a speed demond i downloaded ubuntu in 2 mimiuts and we didnt even pay for faster downloads, the bad thing is the customer service was horable they wouldnt help with nothing. so when we moved we switched to at@t its slower but the service is awsome on every little problem they came out and fixed it and fixed it every time and didnt charg us for it

I have a xbox 360 sharing internet with my computer via LAN adapter. My ping, at night is always low. comcast told me to get a router. Even if i not using the xbox 360 my speed falls almost everyday now. Right now I'm watching this video and its buffers every minute, I'm paying for 6mbs what the hell. Speed test you ask 1070mbs down 728 up some times lower but the first time i did it, it was 7mbs down.
