(6:45 PM, backstage in Mcfly's Dressing room)
"fifteen minutes till show time boys, fifteen minutes!!!" yelled a man who looked to be in his mid forties wearing all black and an earpiece which he started to speak into as he walked away from the Mcfly dressing room.
Bridget watched as Tom and Harry continued to wrestle over an oreo cakester, undisturbed by the announcement.
"aren't you guys even a little nervous?" she asked the mass rolling around on the ground that was Tom and Harry
"this is their way of coping with the stress, they fool around" Danny answered for them "they really are very tall children"
Bridget laughed along with Haley, Kevin and Danny as Tom got up and almost made it to the door but Harry tripped him and dragged his body back into the fight
Tom looked up from the carpet "what are you laughing at Danny? It's your cakester we're fighting over"
Danny jumped out of his seat on the dressing room's couch and ran to his duffel bag
"You went through my stuff?" He asked from inside his duffel
"don't act so hurt Danny, I saw you sneak a few snickers out of Dougie's bags" Harry said, grunting from the effort it took to keep Tom down
Danny threw down his duffel which was now empty, the contents of it thrown on the floor.
"give me back my cakester!" he yelled, diving into the jumble of limbs
Bridget smiled and shook her head, leaving Kevin and Haley who were now on the floor as well, doubled over with laughter.
She made her way to the door way where Nick, Stan Miley and Alexandria were quietly hanging out.
"Hey guys" she said once she got there
Stan and Miley smiled at her, Nick and Alexandria only nodded in her general direction before going back to the death stares they were giving each other.
"so this is fun eh?" Bridget said to Miley and Stan who were the only ones paying attention any way
"it's so weird to be backstage at a concert and not be making an appearance during the show or something...actually I take that back, it's so freeing." Miley said to her
"yeah...don't really know anything about that..." Bridget turned to Stan "do you..."
She trailed off when she saw him shrug and shake his head
Bridget sighed, bored already by what little conversation that Miley and Stan had now started up with each other. She looked at Alexandria and Nick for some entertainment but of course they were still occupied with whatever it was they had going on between them.
With another sigh, she shoved off the wall "well...I'm gonna go and see what my brother and Joe are up to"
"yeah, okay, we'll catch up later then" Stan said, then he and Miley went back to their discussion.
Bridget walked up to Joe and Dougie, who were sitting on a couch next to each other, deep in conversation.
"hey, uh...am I interrupting something?" she asked, not really caring if she was
Joe looked up having just realized that someone was there "oh, nope. Nothing at all. Actually I was just about to leave anyway"
"ooookay then," Bridget said to her brother as they watched Joe walk over to join Kevin and Haley, "so how do you like him?"
"who?" Dougie said in mock confusion
Bridget sat down next to him "don't me thick with me, you know who I mean Dougie. Joe, how do you like Joe?"
"I guess he's okay" Dougie stretched "reminds me a lot of myself"
"why because your both impossible and crazy?" she asked
"no because were both too handsome for our own good" he said with a straight face but there was humor in his eyes
"you think he's fit? Dougie, he's mine, you can have him when I'm done" she joked
"hardy har har" Dougie hit her playfully on the shoulder "but hey, in all seriousness, I like him for you. He's way better than all the other bums you've gone out with"
Bridget smiled, happy that Joe'd won her brother's stamp of approval which was a hard thing to do. Dougie'd been taking it upon himself to act as both brother and father since their dad walked out on them and their mother some years back.
"hey London Bridge" Dougie whispered to her "now I'm not supposed to say anything but here's a little heads up, Joe's got this thing he's been planning for you toni-"
