This reminds me on over-protection of international students (particularly A
###s) prevalent in some Malaysian universities (my alma mater included). There was one case at my campus, a male A### student was caught physically harrassing (almost molesting) a local girl in a faculty lab. The punishment? That guy got banned from entering the lab for his entire enrollment years, THAT'S ALL!
