It's not "stolen": it's a regularly credited cover which is part of a compilation made for charity (Mary Had a Little Amp) years ago. They remade this song (it's one of their favourite movies, that one) and also produced the track themselves. Learn a bit about facts and life (and manners) before coming up and storming in senseless way.
This cover is awesome. One of the best covers ever made. Adam's voice totally shines here. But you are certainly too ignorant about music to get it don't you?

You won't find it anymore: it was part of a charity compilation (2004) available only in the USA, "Mary Had A Little Amp". One of their amazing sides project they use to gift world with from now and again. I don't know if this is planned in their becoming Call & Response series of remixes, though: gotta check the tracklist on Billboard. But even then, it wouldn't be this sound anyway.

It's most likely under the original copyright of the Willy Wonka. Because of that, unless iTunes wants to waste more money on useless lawsuits (The Beatles/Apple Records) they can get the rights for all versions, and the original, of "Pure Imagination".
I haven't, however checked if the original songs from Willy Wonka are avalible.
