you need to give credit where credit is due and this guy has heart and then the fact that he really doesn't weigh that much and everyone else thats in that contest is about twice his size but yes he has bad form but thats because he doesn't have real equipment or an actual trainer he lifts on the sidewalk i mean come on

Saw some of the other Dieselweasel "how not to lift" vids and although the form was poor he still had to be pretty strong to even lift some of that weight. He looks like he doesn't weigh more than 170 lbs.

Form keeps you from injuring yourself. He has a way rounded back lifting the stone and overarches on the log lift. It's ok with light weights but with a weight he can't handle... that's just asking for injury. This guy has my respect though. Mad heart.

in the strong man contest body weight does help allot you need to be at least 250lbs or more i am 6 foot 291lbs i bet he does not even weigh 200lbs but i give him credit for trying...
