Little Feat became my favorite band in the mid 70s, and they still are. If I were stranded on a desert island, and could only have one CD, it would be the new extended "Waiting for Columbus", with the 15 or so out-takes. And to anyone who doubts, yes this is a live performance. No one influenced my own singing and guitar playing more than Lowell...Then there's his songwriting....WOWEE!!!!!

Excellent, tasty music for humans with taste. My fav cd of their's is "Hoy Hoy". Oh and by the way, no one but no one has cooler cd/album covers than Little Feat. Fag music? Blow me!

Great video. This is from the Old Grey Whistle Test on the BBC it ran from the 70's to the 80's and whilst it had a fair bit of home grown music it was the only programme showcasing American music. It was THE programme of my teens.
Introduced by 'Whispering' Bob Harris who appeared to have a somewhat obsessive fascination with Bonnie Raitt. :)
