Hey, billyjoejimbob, you need to do some resereach, not just regurgitate what you hear on Faux Noise. The Clinton Administration warned Bush about increasing "chatter" & John Ashcroft ( despite numerous warnings during the spring & summer of 2001) declared to those working in the intelligence community that he didn't want to hear any more about terrorism or possible threats. And, since they can't react to every threat, why were plans being made BEFORE 9/11 to invade Iraq ??????
