I spent 3 months in India learning the tablas. I had three hour lessons almost everyday and practiced 2 to 3 hours extra everyday. I fell in love with playing two sets of Tablas because of the diversity. It takes a while to get to grips with using both sets, but in a few years I hope I will gain greater skills.
