SONG NAME???
I am not a big AFI fan except for their latest two releases but the song here sounds like the guy from AFI.
I'm pretty sure this is not AFI though cos all of their older songs are like different punk and this sounds like something they would do today, and I would know all about their recent releases.
My phone has that music ID thing were you put your phone up to the song and it tells you the name but it couldn't identify it. maybe you'll get better luck.
