Comcast fails at "life?" I think you mean they fail at satisfying all of their customers in different neighborhoods as an ISP, Phone and Cable provider.
I have Comcast's trio. Phone sucks, internet sucks, cable works. They found the problem and fixed it yesterday (low voltage in the line).
Sure as hell better than DLS for me. AT&T was uber suckage, slow, never worked, after the millionth person we talked to they admitted that DSL is horrible and almost broken in our neighborhood.
