I now think that people in the Bush administration really do believe what they say and they are NOT lying and/or consciously being greedy and mercenary in their efforts and policymaking in Iraq and the War on Terror. They are confused and ignorant, but they are steadfast because they cannot see their own confusion and ignorance.
