shitty console?!? xbox is more affordable than ps3 and if you don't have HD tv, your PS3 will suck. BTW xbox and ps3 are both good, it's just that if you're rich, you'd probably want to pick xbox than ps3. so i guess square enix is fair to both console, and that's a good deed

but if you wanna be picky about it the one thing that star ocean has that final fantasy doesnt really have is that star ocean, although during different time periods, are still within the same universe.
final fantasy are different universes as well as different times with the exception of final fantasy x and x-2 i believe.

U dont even need to worry. Developer alritey suffer enought due to lack slaes for JP developer. Look at one of the strongest title Tales series. It didnt even break its own record a matter of fact its the lowest record from its own series. Star Ocean is as strong as Tales series so we can see avg 80k-100k in one week compare to avg SO1,2 & 3 that did above 275k in one week. 360 my have alot of games but JP developer doing poor sales. Let them suffer MS is helping them not sell the game.

The first generation ps3s were really good, the new stuff has a tendency of breaking down especially without upgrades (which cost money by the way,on the 360 there free), bugs, and all around hasn't sold well. they tout better graphics but honestly I've seen the same stuff on the 360. i have both also, i find the ps3 a huge waste of money now, because i haven't played more than two games on it. in general its just an unappealing console and Sony needs to make something better next time.

i think the main reason PS3 Sells besides people who buy it to play it. is.. its a cheap Blu-Ray Player. If you go and buy a real Blu-Ray Player waaay to expensive. im going to buy a ps3 later for 1 or 2 games and the Blu-Ray player good price for me. But i like my Xbox 360 more games. And yes The Wii Does outsell both the Xbox 360 and PS3 Combined lol so funny. Hopefully nintendo uses that money to make a REAL Console with Decent graphics and More games. like Microsoft did with square enix etc
