If you're a female night elf, unequip all your items, go to that one..gnome...place... this is NOT a good way to play world of warcraft. using the Wii remote makes your clicking clumsy and inaccurate.
first off, you are not supposed to click any spells at all. to accomplish fast reflexes and perfect timing you have to hot key. there is no way to point your mouse at the right spell fast enough to achieve maximum "skill" while playing WoW.
secondly any pvp (or even pve) you do will be mediocre b/c your reaction time will be slower than everyone else.
not worth it. sorry.
