God, I hate this boss! Spins around like a motherfucker when it's health is low. When this boss die for the first time, I got blown away and I had to do it again. This time, I got far away as I possibly can and hit him in the head with the bow. This game put Ninja Gaiden 1 to shame compare to the difficulty!
Don't even mention the two giant flaming turtles near the end of the game, cheap ass bosses!!

Use the Incendiary shurikens, it's a cheap tactic but it works so damn good ! you'll see, they'll become easy.

I second Sinounet's idea, using the incendiary kunais has to be the best way, just roughly aim for the head, and leave the rest to their explosions; the boss will die in like..30 seconds

I fucking managed to kill it the first time, after nearly dying of stress; then it blew up, and me with it... like for fuck sake...
Second time I got it to 25% health and all it did was just bounce, roll, and fire fucking flameballs everywhere. Impossible

you have to attack the head just keep attacking the head but make sure you have enough life because the explosion will take a good chunk out of you i love this game though.........how do you beat those 2 dragons in chapter 9 anyone????

Easy way to kill; Just run around it's back leg and hit it hit it over and over again and when he starts to spin just dodge.. He tries to breath at you, but if you hit him at legs, he wont be able to catch you, and just follow you around until he dies..

Equip the exploding shurikens.aim for its head,and ONLY its head.Dont bother with melee attacks.When it explodes,activate a ninpo OR block.
