it's funny how everybody bitches and whines about how bad Comcast is but has anyone ever stopped to think of the idiot's that we deal with on a daily basis maybe if you paid your bill on time you wouldn't get disconnected once a month or if you used just a little common sense in trouble shooting your own issue you wouldn't have to call and sit on hold forever because idiots like you are to stupid to realize that yes YOUR router is broken or that YOUR TV is in the wrong input common sense

um... most. I can move data from one computer to another on my gigabit network at about 683mbps. I have moved several gigs worth of data at this speed, and this is on an average computer, so, most modern computers. The larger question is, which servers/websites can keep up with that?

That video is total BS, The standard modem is caped at their lowest speed no dua its going to go slow, A standard cable modem can Download at 38 MB'S and Upload at 30 MB'S, better standard modems can go faster it all depends, And if you don't believe me just look up sb5100 right here on youtube.....
