The money will come from bringing home the troops in Iraq. Now we have more resources to use INSIDE the US as oppose to throwing it all away in Iraq. This doesn't require a raise in taxes. Just a shift of resources from wasteful spending in Iraq to wise spending within the country.

No, what is sad is the fact that you don't realize that this wasn't a speech about politics. This speech supersedes politics but I doubt you even gave it a chance to find that out. If you did watch it and still come to the conclusion that Obama is simply talking good without answers, I question your ability to comprehend what he was saying.
