krayzgerman, few people can fuck up a video game-to-movie transition like those butchering bastards who did Max Payne. There is no doubt that the movie won't be quite as good as the book, but the 300 guy is doing it and he may be more subtle it his butchering.

Moore's performance of Rorsach sounded exactly as I imagined the chracter's voice. Americans, take note: Moore has a BIRMINGHAM accent, which is very unique amongst comic writers. I believe that Rorsach spent some time in brum before becoming the vigilante that became.

it would be horrible in three parts. the only way you could do this on the big screen is to make it one long film. it could be done on television as maybe 12 episodes, but if you cut it in three parts they wouldnt be able to stand alone as a single film

man do i agree with U, especially with the "max payne" thing, that movie totally sucked,&the fact that they had the jakobs2 throw in a lil teaser@the end of the credits, hinting that there may B a sequel...the nerve of those bitches!!LOL!!U may disagree with me on this one but, rocknrolla sucked ass2, until the very end of course, maybe i was just tired but, i could never get in2 it. guy ritchie shouldve stopped making movies after lock stock&snatch.&the whole "madonna" thing was a mistake2.LOL!

I've just picked up the signed and limited edition of 'Watching The Watchmen' by Dave Gibbons published by Titan Books which covers the entire history of Watchmen from its origin when Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons first came up with the concept of the comic all the way up to the present day
with scarce artwork, original layout sketches,
character design the ultimate in a reference book with Gibbons's recollections and memories, This is an essential book to have if you're a Watchmen fan.

Firstly and foremostly I detested the film. It was a slugfest, little more. The actor did nothing to express the neurosis the character displayed in the frames of the comic series. He was just irritating to me personally.

Amazing to hear the manifestation of Rorschach's voice! Anybody else disturbed by the adulteration of the actual quote in the movie trailer, ie, Rorschach in the movie not using the words, "prostitutes and politicians?"

I guess they had to cut down lines to fit the movie under 3 hours...You cant really blame them, there are millions of dialogues in Watchmen....some had to be cut out.
OR .. They wanted to keep the trailer clean
