This movie is called Presents ~Uni Senbei~ and it will be released around March 2008 (If I am not wrong).
Is about an office lady (Erika Toda) who has a boyfriend (Hiraoka Yuuta) but lately they haven't been getting along. She gives him a valentine's day present but for some reason (I can't remember now) they end up breaking it off.
A month later, on White's Day, but suddenly she gets a present... from her ex.
