Australia, do not listen to this quack! He's spent 40 years taking planes and driving around in cars discharging huge amounts of CO2 into the air. He's the biggest hypocrite (besides Al Gore). When challenged with questions about global warming, he either avoids them or dismisses them as irrelevant. Do not take this idiot seriously. Listen to him talking about depleted fishing stocks....probably because HE himself took thousands of them out of the water, as he says he loves fishing. Idiot!

David Suzuki is one of the wisest people on the planet. I often debate people who disagree with D.S. and I find the best tactic is to test them. Give them an oral exam in grade 11 science and you will find that they don't know anything and that they couldn't solve a problem if their life depended on it.
Unfortunately our lives do depend on it and they are to stupid to comprehend.

Suzuki is just after funding. Check how the scientific community agreed in the 70's that there was an impending ice-age. Now that they realize they were wrong, they have gone the other way to try and get more funding and fame. The world survived for millions of years without these quacks....they'll do more destruction than good.

Really? How's that? In twenty years Suzuki might be predicting an ice-age, like they all agreed was going to happen in the 70's. They don't have a clue....hell, we can't even properly predict the weather a few days in advance, never mind a climate change. Go on believing though---heh why don't you donate money to Suzuki's cause? If it's a lot, he might even hop a private jet to come pick it up.

juzu4: Your information sources are flawed. In 1958 it was hypothesized that increasing CO2 in the atmosphere could cause the global average temperature to rise.
It is also true and not inconsistent that another ice age could begin at some time in the future.
If we look at how the ice caps are melting now I think it's safe to assume that global warming has started and we better try to do something about it. PS Go to school and learn more.

Yeah and do you think that man could stop that possible ice-age if he tried? What would you do, set up giant heaters all over the world? No, there's not a freaking thing you could do about it, just like there's not a thing you could do about global warming. Answer to your question in my channel: Yes, I do deny that climate change is happening at a radical pace. One degree in the last 100 years? And guys like Suzuki and Gore, with the hugest carbon footprints on earth, want us to follow their recommendations? That would be like believing a junked out meth-addict who wants us to stop taking drugs (if we were taking them). Forget it....I'll do my small part but we can't let them turn back the indudtrial revolution or stop flying when we want to

Polution and other environmental issues are causing alot of medical issues etc. Just because people don't want to change their ways of conventional and non-renewable energy. In fact, there are a lot of benefits, even economic if we change all our carbon emissions. We can be more responsible, but we can't stop eating food, and wouldn't you want to move out of the way from a car if it was moving at an accelerating speed and not going to stop?

If you are talking CO2..it is not a Pollutant .

Why don't you ask your teacher or teachers to get educated on the subject before teaching to you Kids a science they do not know anything about. No it should not be "whatever you say" That's how David S. Became such a Bad Influence by Bullying people to go his way. If you believe in something stand up for it and defend it. I am against Pollution but I also know that CO2 is not a poison or that it cannot cause Warming of the Planet Like David S and the likes of AlGore claim.
