Correction. It shouldn't have been a foul in the Lakers-Celtics series. If the follow-through hits a player on a blocked shot it isn't supposed to be a foul because the officials are supposed to realize that it doesn't affect the play. If it is particularly violent contact they are supposed to call a loose ball foul, not a shooting foul as the shot has already been rejected.
