People often slate clapton because he cant play like Steve Vai or Satch... Hes got his own style.. get over it... plus he writes better songs and music.. he is easily a blues master..

I know you posted a while ago, but the guy on piano is Greg Philanganes - played with clapton on and off since 1986/7 or so at the same time the bassist nathan East came on the scene - they were part of a modern sounding drive needed for the August Album. The other keyboard paler is Dave Sancious
