6mm Reptile Hunters

Video Description:
Gorge walking and then searching for lizards or snakes. The 3 specimens we found were all "common lizards" upto full size (16cm). Real living dinosaurs in the UK :) They made great hunting, but we hope to find adders next time. Good hunting ;)

Me living in florida i see aligators, iguwanas, snakes, and all kinds of reptiles everyday. I always find it amazing how at what they can do and what they are capable of. cool video. :)

Yeah, I know in most countries they are an everyday sight. Here in the UK, reptiles are pretty elusive and many people don't ever see them. Good Hunting ;)

i live in holland and the only reptiles i've seen here was like...a friends snake xD but i went to italy this summer and there was a snake swimming between my legs o.O xD nah i wasent scared.. :) and we saw some nice lizards too :D

in summertime I go to the woods very often, alone. I've seen so many different reptiles.
just amazing!

Thanks M8! They were a treat to see. We were lucky, as it was a fairly cold day and they were quite sluggish. I must admit, one seemed very photogenic though! Reminded me how important it is to look were you are walking when in the wilds. Good hunting.

Hunting wild animals with cameras is a great way to engage with your wild areas. As far as I am aware, common lizards are indigenous to Great Britain. As for how long they have been in the fossil records I am unsure. They probably arrived at the end of the last ice age, but it would not surprise me if they were here long before then. Reptiles are fascinating creatures with a long heritage and amazing environmental adaptability.

Kool Vid AGAIN!!! OMG i can't wait til next year i was gonna buy an AEG Shadows Ops L96 Competition Sniper but then the place i was gonna buy it from retracted the scope so im not getting that one any more but i managed to convince my mates to buy an airsoft gun aswell and they are getting a range of different guns. So i said that we should do something like wat you guys do and camp out so we might be copying you guys soon and coming home with bruises.

I don't really trust Well... i have a UTG MK96 and it's amazing. just use .30 and it's hitting bodies at 120ft easy, head shots at around 100 ft.
