There's a forthcoming animation for the poem (see the related video for the trailer) and we'd like the focus to be on that rather than Tim's performance of it, which is why it's been taken down.

Is the animation going to be free to watch on Youtube? Or are people going to have to pay for it?
I could understand if you were charging. From the small glimpse of what is already done on the trailer I would understand why we'd have to pay for it. It looks like alot of time and effort is going into it.
Im a broke student though, so free would be nice. = )

My best friend is really greatest person you could possibly hope to meet. But she has storm-ish quality about her... believing in superstitions and such. So I decide to show her this poem. She listens respectfully throughout the whole thing, and when it's over she dreamily states "My aunt can read tea leaves"
*palm to face* " okay..."
Ohwell. I still love this song "Do you know what they call alternative medicine that has been proven to work... MEDICINE!"

I only discovered Tim Minchin a month or so back and am now a huuuge fan. 'Storm' is sheer brilliance. It reflects so many things that I've thought in the past, but never tried to put into an argument, let alone a beat poem!
Looking forward to the animation, but I'd like to see the live performance up again at some point.

Actually, I've heard it quite often now and I realised I can recite it completely from memory by now without ever actually trying to. I figure Tim has read and gone through it way more often before he goes on stage. And so many phrases are just soo memorable because of their pure geniousity...
