Assualting an Officer? He just resisted arrest. I never saw any assualt. He just lit his crack pipe and the police did their thing.
The only thing he should be charged with in addition to his drugs is Resisting Arreest if that is a crime there. That's American Cops for you I guess.
They should have just dragged him out instead of using Tasers. It seems Tasers are getting more and more abused. Or just stuck to the Pepper Spray.
