Just remember not to jump,at any point in the fight.Use the dodge move.And,if your on your first playthrough use the DragonSword to beat Genshin (i think mine was upgraded to level 2)

I did this with lvl 1 dragon sword and 1 heal it took me forever. The key is to keep sidestepping until an opening then attack him 5 times and repeat

this TRULY is ridiculously hard.
but i found an easy way to beat this son of a bitch.
use your dragon sword ( it doesnt matter if its lvl 1 )
remember to have a lot of spiritual herbs that u can use when you lose health.
DONT JUMP at all. try to stay on ground! PRESS X TROUGH THE WHOLE BATTLE.
i know it pisses you off when he hits you and you lose health but just keep pressing X and that mother fucker dies!
X BUTTON FTW.
