It's prog rock, but this song doesn't represent the band in it's entirety. The band is. Check out the stuff NOT on their music videos. That's their fun stuff, to relax from making epic masterpieces. Not that they're not good, but they have darker, more complex stuff. This is a break for the ears. See: The Crowing, 21:13, The Light and The Glass, No World for Tomorrow, Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial), etc... They have really good stuff, but it's not as mainstream as their lighter stuff.

To the haters; It's one thing to give a band a listen and say, "Honestly, I don't care for it" but to look up a band you KNOW you hate, just so you can bash it is really childish and shows how you really have nothing better to do with your time. You don't have to like Coheed, Slipknot, or any other band for that matter, but you DON'T have to go around telling everyone how stupid the band is. You're not making a point. Instead, you're making a complete ass out of yourself. Respect others music.
