i've done that move before.
The first time i did it at my hockey practice my goalie just stood there and gloved it. lol i was so mad, but now i'm really good at it and score almost every time with it. i change it up sometimes tho, like throught the legs ect.

learn how to pick up a puck from the ice, then it's pretty straightforward from there. you pick it up with the heel of your stick by pushing down on a corner of the puck so the other side lifts up a bit, pull you stick back, and pull forward while flicking your stick up.
