1. In a video where you complain about others using your video without permission, it's odd that you used ours without permission.
2. If you claim (quite wrongly) that you have reproduced the imagry in the video, then why not collect the money? If you REALLY felt you had done so, certainly you would have attempted to collect. You seem to have a great deal of skill and equipment, you will make a future attempt.
