Frankly, I like Kevin Smith and Tim Burton and I think both people make great films. Smith has his dumb Clerks/Dogma comedies and Burton has his comedic films with amazingly detailed scenery. You guys are arguing about people who do films in very different styles that some people will like/dislike.
GDrDell emo is a music genre. A very bad one, in my opinion, but labeling people after things you heard about in high school is just dumb and it irritates your argument.
