Hey, I saw Air Force One this same day! I was heading out of Minneapolis, MN to head for Honolulu, HI. I took pictures and videos of the plane. We had to wait 115 minutes on our flight to Hawaii because the president was taking off.

I have to say looked like the Air Force 1 Pilots set the 747 to full flaps full on that take off.

it looks like 20 degrees flap....which is pretty standard for all 747 aircraft, i wouldnt doubt that Air Force one uses full flap especially on the shortest runway at MSP
