You mean "I don't want to go"? the song's been described to tell the story of a man who's been shot down from his plane and is hurtling towards his death. Kate Bush sings about his last thoughts about England in this song. I don't want to go possibly expresses the longing the soldier fields to be at home again.
BTW, I know Kate Bush said she dislikes this song, but I've looked at it from everywhere and I think it's perfect from every angle. I can't see any imperfections... it's beautiful.
