mgm2112, I was present for the shooting of this video. It occured in Chicago at Maryrs in May of 06. You could really feel the music. There were no chairs, so we stood and rocked with Thomas all night long. LOL never been identified as a Brit!

Thomas is a genius. He helped me get through a violent, abusive home life as a teenager. When things we rough I escaped to his layered, textured worlds. Thank you so much, Mr Dolby! This song remains one of my all time favourites; so brilliant in it's heartfelt passion and nuance. Interesting to hear the story behind it. No wonder we all cried our eyes out every time we heard it!

HE IS A GOD. Saw him perform live on his Sole Inhabitants tour in 2005 - at the historic El Rey Theater in Albuquerque, New Mexico - and he was BRILLIANT - every nano-second of his performance was gorgeous and purposeful. He is wonderful! This long is legendary.
